摘要
文章首先分析了预制装配式技术在提高施工速度、质量控制和实现可持续发展方面的优势,其次详细阐述了预制构件生产、运输、验收以及叠合板、预制墙板等关键构件的安装技术要点,最后提出了加强施工现场质量管理、重视施工人员技能培训以及应用信息技术与智能设备等施工质量控制策略。研究结果表明,科学有效的质量控制策略能够显著提升预制装配式建筑的施工质量。
The article first analyzes the advantages of prefabricated assembly technology in improving construction speed,quality control,and achieving sustainable development.Secondly,it elaborates in detail on the key technical points of prefabricated component production,transportation,acceptance,and installation of key components such as composite panels and prefabricated wall panels.Finally,it proposes strategies for strengthening construction site quality management,emphasizing construction personnel skill training,and using information technology and intelligent equipment for construction quality control.The research results indicate that scientifically effective quality control strategies can significantly improve the construction quality of prefabricated buildings.
