摘要
某钢钒炼钢厂冶炼工艺改变及生产需求量增大,导致冶炼过程中产生的粉尘量攀升,原有除尘系统不能满足新工艺需要,造成大量烟气外溢。文章通过进行连铸区域散排综合治理研究,最终实现在冶炼工艺结束15 min内连铸区域无可见烟尘弥漫,排气筒粉尘浓度小于10 mg/m^(3)的目标,有效解决了生产过程中的粉尘污染问题,可为类似项目提供参考和借鉴。
The change of smelting process and the increase of production demand in a steel plant lead to the increase of dust generated in the smelting process.The original dust removal system can not meet the needs of the new process,resulting in a large amount of flue gas overflow.In this paper,through the study of comprehensive treatment of scattered discharge in continuous casting area,the goal of no visible smoke and dust in continuous casting area within 15 min after the end of smelting process and dust concentration in exhaust pipe less than 10 mg/m3 is fi nally realized,which effectively solves the problem of dust pollution in the production process and can provide reference for similar projects.
