摘要
介绍一种对ADS软件仿真数据后处理的应用方法。以对数放大器仿真为例 ,通过建立相应的数学模型 ,借助于ADS强大的仿真能力 ,及开放的数据后处理环境 ,实现了对仿真数据的提取 ,在ADS软件数据显示环境中完成了线性回归方程的求解。绘出最佳拟合曲线 。
An useful post processing method of ADS simulation data is presented?Taking SDLVA design as a example, a correlative mathematical model is wrote at fist,data is able to pick up form original data package by means of powerful simulation of ADS,and open data post processing environment. As a result , linear curve fitting equation is given in ADS data display environment, finally, all the parameters of SDLVA is given.
