摘要
烟叶等级中的B2F和B3F是2个关键等级,其质量差异对烟叶的市场价值和工业用途有着直接影响。但在实际的收购过程中,这2个等级的烟叶常常会被混淆,给工业企业的原料利用带来困难,并对烟农的利益产生不利影响。本文以河北中烟工业有限责任公司向重庆市巫溪县调拨的上部烟叶为研究对象,系统地分析了B2F与B3F混级的现状、原因,并提出了相应的应对措施。通过实地调研和数据分析,发现混级现象主要由烟农分级技术不足、验级员标准执行不严以及经济利益驱动等因素导致。为有效减少混级问题,本文提出了加强烟农与验级员的培训,优化分级流程,并实施更加严格的监督机制等建议,并取得了一定的成效。
B2F and B3F are two critical grades in tobacco leaf classification,and the quality differences between them directly impact the market value and industrial use of tobacco leaves.However,in the actual procurement process,these two grades of tobacco leaves are often confused,causing difficulties for industrial enterprises in uti-lizing raw materials and adversely affecting the interests of tobacco farmers.Focusing on the upper tobacco leaves allocated by Hebei China Tobacco to Wuxi,Chongqing,as the research subject,this study systematically analyzes the current situation and causes of the mixing of B2F and B3F grades,and proposes corresponding solutions.Field investigation and data analysis reveal that the mixing issue primarily arises from insufficient grading skills of to-bacco farmers,lax enforcement of standards by graders,and economic incentives.To effectively reduce the occur-rence of mixed grades,suggestions such as enhancing the training of tobacco farmers and graders,optimizing the grading process,and implementing stricter supervision mechanisms,are proposed with have shown some effec-tiveness.
