摘要
为了推动我国汽车轻量化进程,对轻合金材料在汽车轻量化中的应用现状进行研究。首先阐述铝合金材料替代钢材料的现状以及镁合金材料在汽车上的应用现状,然后分析镁合金作为未来汽车轻量化材料在应用中面临的问题及解决手段。研究表明,镁合金作为实现汽车轻量化的金属材料的潜力巨大,可替代铝合金产品和部分钢产品。
In order to promote the lightweight process of China’s automobile industry,the application status of light metal materials in automobile lightweight is studied.Firstly,This paper expounds the current situation of aluminum alloy materials replacing steel materials to achieve lightweight,the application status of magnesium alloy materials in automobiles,then analyze the problems to be solved in the application of magnesium alloy as a lightweight material for automobiles.The research shows that magnesium alloy has great potential as a way to further replace automotive metal materials and achieve lightweight in the future,especially for aluminum alloy products and some steel products.
