摘要
当前,高校体育课程设置及课外体育锻炼的指导与监管主要集中于大学一、二年级,而针对大学三、四年级的体育课程开设及课外体育锻炼监管机制则较为匮乏,这导致高年级大学生体育锻炼意识松懈,主动锻炼的积极性减弱,体质健康水平呈现显著下降趋势。该研究依托于大学体育课程四年学分制,采用校园健康跑作为课外体育锻炼的监控手段,旨在构建涵盖大学全阶段的体育课内外一体化大体育课程体系,以全面指导和监控大学生的日常体育锻炼行为。研究结果显示,该模式有助于持续提升大学生的体质健康水平,并有效促进大学生终身体育意识的稳固形成。
At present,the setting of college Physical Education courses and the guidance and supervision of extracur physical exercise,are mainly concentrated in the first and second years of colleges,while the mechanism for setting up physical education courses and supervising extracurricular physical exercise for the third and fourth years of college is relatively lacking.This has led to a relaxation of the attitude towards physical exercise among senior college students,a weakening of their initiative exercise,and a significant decline in their physical health.Based on the four-year credit system of college Physical Education courses and using campus health run as a means for extracurricular physical exercise supervision,this research aims to establish an integrated Physical Education course system covering both the curriculum and extracurricular activities throughout the college period,providing comprehensive and supervision for the daily physical exercise participation of college students.The results show that this model is conducive to continuously improving the physical health level of college students and effectively promoting formation of a lifelong sports consciousness among college students.
