高级智能化煤矿建设发展思考

Thoughts on the development of advanced intelligent coal mine construction

摘要 目前煤矿智能化建设已经取得了阶段性重大应用成果,但仍处于初级或中级智能化水平,存在系统性和实用性等问题,智能化矿山建设步入深水区,高级智能化矿井建设势在必行。在分析智能化煤矿建设存在问题的基础上,结合科学采矿、工业物联网、时空智能、大数据分析、智能制造和工业控制等技术,详细阐述了高级智能化矿井建设“六体系、六化、两模式或平台、六链流”的“6626工程”,并对高级智能化矿井建设分类、建设思路、经济与社会效益和相关关键技术进行了论述。“六体系”包括标准体系、技术体系、装备体系、管理体系、培训体系和服务体系;“六化”包括装备智能化、地测透明化、分析在线化、控制协同化、智能系统化、生产绿色化;“两模式”包括基于透明化地测保障的智能化协同管控平台及应用系统和基于精确时空信息的矿井采掘工作面少人或无人自适应截割协同管控平台及应用系统;“六链流”包括煤链流、电链流、风链流、水链流、物链流和绿色循环经济链流。高级智能化矿井建设的“6626工程”为智能化煤矿建设成功涉过深水区和可持续发展提供一种可行的路径和技术支撑。 At present,the intelligent construction of coal mines has achieved significant application results,but it is still at the primary or intermediate level of intelligence,with problems with systematicity and practicality.The construction of intelligent mines has entered deep water areas,and the construction of advanced intelligent mines is imperative.Based on the analysis of the problems in the construction of intelligent coal mines,combining with scientific mining,industrial Internet of Things,spatiotemporal intelligent,big data analysis,intelligent manufacturing,and industrial control technologies,the"6626 project"for advanced intelligent mine construction was expounded in detail,which included six systems,six transformations,two modes or platforms,and six chain flows,and the classification,construction ideas,economic and social benefits,and related key technologies of the advanced intelligent mine construction were discussed.The six systems included standard system,technical system,equipment system,management system,training system,and service system;the six transformations included equipment intelligence,geological surveying transparency,online analysis,collaboration control,intelligent systematization,and green production;the two modes included an intelligent collaborative control platform and application system based on transparent geological surveying support,and an adaptive cutting collaborative control platform and application system for mine mining and driving faces with few or no personnel based on accurate spatiotemporal information;the six chain flows includes coal chain flow,electricity chain flow,wind chain flow,water chain flow,material chain flow,and green circular economy chain flow.The"6626 project"of advanced intelligent mine construction would provide a feasible high-tech path and technical support for the successful construction of intelligent coal mines in deep water areas and sustainable development of intelligent coal mine construction.
