化妆品病原菌核酸检测技术研究进展和展望

The Current Status and Prospect of Nucleic Acid Detection for Pathogenic Bacteria in Cosmetics

摘要 灵敏、准确的检测方法是判断化妆品质量的必要手段。尽管传统的金标准培养法已得到优化,但在面对化妆品中复杂且微量的病原菌检测时,还有一定的提升空间。与此同时,新兴的核酸检测技术,特别是以高灵敏度、便捷性和时效性为特点的方法,如数字PCR(Digital Polymerase Chain Reaction,dPCR),正逐步成为化妆品病原菌检测的重要技术。本文综述了当前化妆品中病原菌检测技术的研究进展,并展望了新兴核酸检测技术特别是数字PCR在化妆品微生物质量检测方面的应用前景,可为未来化妆品安全检测提供技术参考与指导。 Sensitive and accurate detection methods are essential for assessing the quality of cosmetics.Although the traditional gold standard culture method has been optimized,its limitations are increasingly apparent when confronted with the complex and trace-level detection of pathogens in cosmetics.Concurrently,emerging nucleic acid detection technologies,particularly those renowned for their high sensitivity,convenience,and timeliness,such as Digital Polymerase Chain Reaction(dPCR),are gradually becoming the preferred choice for pathogen detection in cosmetics.This article reviews the current research progress in pathogen detection technologies for cosmetics and anticipates the application prospects of the latest nucleic acid detection technologies,particularly dPCR,in microbial quality control of cosmetics.The aim is to provide technical references and guidance for future cosmetics safety testing.
