摘要
目的:探讨危机管理模式联合多模式疼痛管理在肋骨骨折手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月-2024年6月全南县中医院收治的98例肋骨骨折手术患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取危机管理模式联合多模式疼痛管理。两组均护理干预3 d。对比两组康复情况、疼痛程度、舒适度、并发症发生情况、护理危机事件发生情况。结果:观察组下床活动用时、胸腔引流用时、住院时长均较对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后8、24、48、72 h,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组简化舒适状况量表中各个维度评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.08%,低于对照组的16.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理危机事件发生率为2.04%,低于对照组的16.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取危机管理模式联合多模式疼痛管理对肋骨骨折手术患者进行干预,可缓解疼痛程度,提升患者舒适度,降低护理危机事件及并发症发生率,缩短患者术后康复用时。
Objective:To explore the effect of crisis management mode combined with multi-mode pain management in patients with rib fracture surgery.Methods:A total of 98 patients with rib fracture surgery admitted to Quannan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received crisis management mode combined with multi-mode pain management based on the control group.Both groups were treated with nursing intervention for 3 days.The recovery condition,pain degree,comfort level,complication occurrence and nursing crisis event occurrence were compared between two groups.Results:The time of getting out of bed,the time of thoracic drainage and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 8,24,48 and 72 h after surgery,the Visual Analogue Scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions in the simplified General Comfort Questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.08%,which was lower than 16.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing crisis events in the observation group was 2.04%,which was lower than 16.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of crisis management mode combined with multi-mode pain management in patients with rib fracture surgery can alleviate pain degree,improve patient comfort,reduce nursing crisis events and complications,and shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time of patients.
