基于活性氧化镁的环保固化剂对黄土固化性能影响的研究

摘要 在黄土地区,伴随雨水作用,边坡冲蚀现象明显,边坡下沉日益凸出,这些问题的严峻态势使得对黄土的固化研究迫在眉睫。本文旨在研究一种环境友好型黄土固化剂,以解决现有固化剂能耗高、价格高的问题。通过正交试验,探究了活性氧化镁、石灰、稻壳灰掺入量对黄土的固化效果。研究结果表明,活性氧化镁作为固化剂时,与体系中的H2O反应生成的Mg(OH)2为主要强度相,且氧化镁的掺量为7%时,28 d的抗压强度达到了4.06 MPa。当加入活性氧化镁-石灰-稻壳灰复合固化剂,其掺量分别为7%、8%、7%时,黄土的28 d抗压强度为2.5 MPa。本研究得出活性氧化镁-石灰-稻壳灰复合固化剂对黄土有较好的固化效果,可为黄土地区水土流失防治提供重要的理论基础与技术支持。 In loess areas,the erosion of slopes due to rainfall and the subsequent subsidence have become increasingly prominent.These issues necessitate urgent research on loess solidification.The objective of this study is to investigate an environmentally friendly curing agent for loess that can address the problems associated with high energy consumption and cost of existing agents.An orthogonal test was conducted to examine the effects of active magnesium oxide,lime,and rice husk ash on loess solidification.The results indicate that when active magnesium oxide is used as a curing agent,the primary strength phase formed through reaction with water in the system is Mg(OH)2.When the content of magnesium oxide is 7%,the compressive strength reaches 4.06 MPa at 28 days.Furthermore,after adding 7%activated magnesium oxide,8%lime,and 7%rice husk ash composite curing agent,the compressive strength of loess after 28 days is 2.5 MPa.These findings demonstrate that the active magnesia-lime-rice husk ash composite curing agent exhibits excellent efficacy in solidifying loess soil and can serve as an important theoretical basis and technical support for controlling soil erosion in loess areas.
