大流量液压锥阀稳态液动力仿真研究

摘要 液压阀作为液压系统的控制元件,在控制液流时,阀芯受到液动力的附加作用,液动力的大小对大流量液压锥阀的静态特性和动态特性都有一定影响,进行阀特性分析需确定液动力大小。针对工程实际中大流量液压锥阀稳态液动力计算困难的问题,采用流场仿真对大流量液压锥阀不同开度阀芯受力进行了数值模拟,通过计算得到其稳态液动力,与Amesim软件计算结果进行对比,确定出稳态液动力修正系数,并通过不同开度和流量下两种软件稳态液动力的计算结果验证稳态液动力修正系数的正确性,在此基础上可采用Amesim软件进一步对阀进行特性分析。研究结果为准确预测和分析大流量液压锥阀稳态液动力提供了参考,便于对大流量液压锥阀进行进一步特性分析。 Hydraulic valve as a control element of the hydraulic system,in the control of liquid flow,the spool is subjected to the additional role of the hydraulic force,the size of the hydraulic force on the static and dynamic characteristics of the high flow hydraulic cone valve have a certain impact,to determine the size of the hydraulic force to carry out the valve characteristics analysis.For the engineering practice of large flow hydraulic cone valve steady state hydrodynamic calculation of difficult problems,the flow field simulation of large flow hydraulic cone valve spool force of different openings carried out numerical simulation,through the calculation of its steady state hydrodynamic force,and Amesim software calculation results for comparison,to determine the steady state hydrodynamic correction factor,and through the calculation of steady state hydrodynamic of different openings and flow rate of the two software to validate the results of the The correctness of the steady state hydrodynamic correction coefficient is verified by the results of the steady state hydrodynamic forces of the two software at different openings and flow rates,on the basis of which the Amesim software can be used to further characterise the valve.The results provide a reference for accurately predicting and analysing the steady-state hydrodynamic force of the high-flow hydraulic cone valve,which facilitates further characterisation of the high-flow hydraulic cone valve.
