激发教师应用国家智慧教育平台的内驱力:机制与路径

摘要 建强用好国家中小学智慧教育平台是实施国家教育数字化战略行动的关键举措,对促进教育高质量发展具有重要意义。平台应用取得显著成效,但也存在教师应用主动性不足、与教学融合薄弱等问题,如何激发教师应用国家智慧教育平台的内驱力是亟待解决的关键问题。以满足教师自主、胜任、归属三种需要为切入点,结合自我决定、创新扩散、 ARCS动机模型等理论,将平台使用意愿和教师内在动机进行融合,全面探讨如何更好地激发教师应用平台的内驱力。从“保障自主权力、关联教师成长,满足教师应用平台的自主需要”“设置合理难度挑战、及时反馈应用成效,满足教师应用平台的胜任需要”“打造创新应用文化、引领集体协同推进,满足教师应用平台的归属需要”三方面诠释激发教师应用平台内驱力的内在机制。最后,提出“紧抓创新应用者”“强化教师应用培训”“设计多元应用层次”“构建平台应用共同体”“创设自主支持的应用环境”等五项推进路径,以期激发教师应用平台内驱力和推进平台常态化、创新化应用。 To promote the high-quality development of education is a key measure and of great significance to implement the national education digitalization strategy.The application of the platform has achieved remarkable results.However,there are also such problems as insufficient initiative of teachers' application and weak integration with teaching,and how to stimulate the internal driving force of teachers to apply the national smart education platform is still a key problem that needs to be solved urgently.Taking the three needs of teachers' autonomy,competence and belonging as the starting point,combined with the theories of self-determination,innovation diffusion,ARCS motivation model,etc.,the willingness to use the platform and the intrinsic motivation of teachers were integrated,and how to better stimulate the internal motivation of teachers to apply the platform was comprehensively discussed.The internal mechanism of stimulating the internal drive of the teacher application platform is explained in three aspects:“ensuring independent power,relating to the growth of teachers,and meeting the independent needs of the teacher application platform”,“setting reasonable difficulty challenges,timely feedback on the application results,and meeting the competency needs of the teacher application platform”,“creating an innovative application culture,leading the collective collaborative promotion,and meeting the belonging needs of the teacher application platform”.Finally,five promotion paths were proposed,including “grasping innovative application users ”,“strengthening teacher application training ”,“designing multiple application levels”,“building a platform application community”,and “creating an application environment supported by self-support”,in order to stimulate the internal driving force of teachers' application platform and promote the normalization and innovative application of the platform.
