摘要
在沼气生产、输送、使用过程中,电气仪表设备的防爆设计是确保安全生产的重要一环。介绍了沼气环境爆炸性区域的划分和电气仪表的防爆类型,并以有机废弃物厌氧制沼系统为例,探讨了厌氧反应罐电气仪表的选用,旨在提高沼气环境下防爆电气仪表的安全性和可靠性。
During biogas production,transportation and utilization,the explosion-proof design of electrical instruments is an important part of ensuring safe production.This paper introduces the classification of explosive areas in biogas environment and the explosion-proof types of electric instruments.Taking anaerobic digestion system of organic waste as an example,the selection of electric equipment for anaerobic tank is discussed in depth to improve the safety and reliability of explosion-proof electrical instruments in biogas environments.
