摘要
随着道路上机动车数量的增长,尤其是在交通高峰时段,寻找合适的停车位变得更加困难。现有的停车机制效率低下,驾驶员必须到处寻找停车位,这将使驾驶员浪费更多的燃料和增加碳排放;不仅对环境不友好,还会增加驾驶员的行车压力。智慧停车将不同场景的停车信息整合到城市综合管理系统,实现城市静态交通的集约化、规范化发展;被认为是改善市民出行体验,解决城市停车难等问题的有效手段。本文通过梳理国内外智慧停车的发展现状,重点研究标准化对促进智慧停车发展的积极意义。通过标准化建设推动智慧停车在数据标准、安全标准、服务标准、评价标准等方面快速发展,助力城市高质量建设。最后,展望了标准化工作在智慧停车领域未来可能的发展方向。
As the number of motor vehicles on the road grows,especially during peak traffi c hours,fi nding a suitable parking space becomes more diffi cult.The existing parking mechanism is ineffi cient and drivers have to search for parking spaces everywhere,which will cause drivers to waste more fuel and increase carbon emissions,which is not only unfriendly to the environment,but also increases the driving stress of drivers.Intelligent parking integrates parking information of diff erent scenarios into the city's comprehensive management system to realize the intensive and standardized development of urban static transportation,and it is considered to be an eff ective means to improve the travel experience of the public and to solve the problems such as urban parking diffi culties.This paper focuses on the signifi cance of standardization in promoting the development of smart parking by combing the development status of smart parking at home and abroad.Standardization construction is to promote the rapid development of intelligent parking in data standards,safety standards,service standards,evaluation standards and other aspects,and to help the city high-quality construction.Finally,it looks forward to the possible future development direction of standardization work in the fi eld of intelligent parking.
