摘要
半边莲作为临床和民间常用的一味中药,具有清热解毒、利水消肿的功效,可解蛇毒以及治疗多种癌症,主要含有生物碱、黄酮、黄酮苷、萜类、多炔、木脂素类、多糖、氨基酸等成分,应用十分广泛,且疗效可靠。概括了半边莲目前的质量控制情况,并从植物亲缘关系学、配伍环境、化学成分与药效相关联等多个方面进行分析,初步确定山梗菜碱、新山梗菜碱A、新山梗菜碱B等成分可能为半边莲的质量标志物,为半边莲的质量控制与评价提供依据。
As a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used folk medicine in clinic,Banbianlian(Lobelia chinensis)has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,promoting urination and eliminating edema.It can relieve snake venom and treat a variety of cancers.It mainly contains alkaloids,flavonoids,flavonoid glycosides,terpenoids,polyacetylenes,lignans,polysaccharides,amino acids and other components.It is widely used and has reliable curative effect.This paper summarized the current quality control of Banbianlian(Lobelia chinensis)and analyzed from the aspects of plant genetic relationship,compatibility environment,chemical composition and drug efficacy.It is preliminarily determined that the components such as lobeline,new lobeline A and new lobeline B may be the quality markers of Banbianlian(Lobelia chinensis),which provides a basis for the quality control and evaluation of Banbianlian(Lobelia chinensis).
