摘要
目的系统梳理与总结健康中国研究领域的历史演变、研究热点及发展趋势,以期为该领域的深入研究提供有价值的参考。方法基于文献计量学方法,检索并分析2012-2022年间CNKI数据库中北大中文核心期刊和南大核心期刊发表的相关论文,对研究文献进行统计分析,揭示该领域的知识结构与演化路径。结果健康中国研究领域的发文量从2012年的5篇增长至2022年的122篇,共计发文904篇;其中2020年最多(174篇),占总发文量的19.2%。关键词共线分析发现,“健康中国”出现频率最高,“全民健身”“体医融合”亦构成研究重点;从关键词突现分析来看,2015-2018年主要关注医药卫生、体育政策、体育文化、体医结合等问题,而2019-2022年则转向健康管理、精准扶贫、学校体育、健康治理、体育产业融合等方面。结论健康中国领域的学术研究逐步深化,已形成相对稳定的学术共同体;健康服务与健康治理成为该领域的主要研究热点,健康产业与全民健康获得广泛关注。未来研究将更加聚焦于健康治理、全民健康及健康产业领域,以进一步推动健康中国战略的实现。
Objective This study systematically reviews and summarizes the historical evolution,research hotspots,and development trends in the field of Healthy China to provide valuable references for further research in this area.Methods Using bibliometric methods,relevant articles published between 2012 and 2022 in Peking University Core Journals and Nanjing University Core Journals within the CNKI database were analyzed to explore the knowledge structure and evolutionary trajectory of this domain.Results The volume of publications in the Health China research field increased from 5 papers in 2012 to 122 papers in 2022,totaling 904 publications.The year 2020 saw the highest number of publications(174 papers),accounting for 19.2%of the total.Keyword co-occurrence analysis found that“Healthy China”has the highest frequency of occurrence,and“public fitness”and“integration of sports and medicine”also constitute research priorities.Emergence analysis showed that from 2015 to 2018,the focus was primarily on issues related to medical and health policies,sports policies,sports culture,and the integration of medicine and sports.From 2019 to 2022,the focus shifted to health management,precision poverty alleviation,school sports,health governance,and the integration of the sports industry.Conclusions The academic research in the Health China field has deepened over time,forming a relatively stable academic community.Health services and health governance have become the main research hotspots,with widespread attention given to the health industry and national health.Future research will likely focus more on health governance,national health,and the health industry to further promote the implementation of the Health China strategy.
