摘要
目的分析2014-2023年台州市黄岩区居民心脑血管疾病死亡分布及疾病负担,为提高本地居民的健康水平和生命质量提供科学依据。方法利用黄岩区2014-2023年死因登记数据,采用死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、平均减寿年数(AYLL)及潜在减寿率(PYLLR)等指标进行分析。结果2014-2023年,黄岩区心脑血管疾病粗死亡率237.59/10万,标化死亡率184.24/10万;其中,男性心脑血管疾病粗死亡率(242.21/10万)高于女性(232.95/10万),标化死亡率(182.14/10万)低于女性(184.75/10万),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2014-2023年,黄岩区本地居民因心脑血管疾病所致年平均PYLL、AYLL、PYLLR分别为2407.50人年、8.90年/人、4.44‰。结论黄岩区居民心脑血管疾病死亡率较高,疾病负担较为严重,需采取综合性的防控措施减少发病及死亡,从而改善居民健康水平。
Objective To analyze the distribution and disease burden of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease-related deaths among residents in Huangyan District,Taizhou City,from 2014 to 2023,and to provide a scientific basis for improving local residents'health and quality of life.Methods Using the death cause registration data from Huangyan District from 2014 to 2023,indicators such as mortality rate,standardized mortality rate,potential years of life loss(PYLL),average years of life loss(AYLL),and potential years of life loss rate(PYLLR)were used for analysis.Results From 2014 to 2023,the crude mortality rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Huangyan District was 237.59/100000,standardize mortality was 184.24/100000.Crude death rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in males(242.21/100000)was higher than that in females(232.95/100000),and standardized death rate(182.14/100000)was lower than that in females(184.75/100000),with statistical significance(P<0.05).From 2014 to 2023,the annual average PYLL,AYLL,and PYLLR of local residents in Huangyan District due to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were 2407.50 person-years,8.90 years per person,and 4.44‰,respectively.Conclusions The mortality rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases among residents in Huangyan District is relatively high,and it poses a serious burden on the local area.Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce acute mortality and improve the health level of residents.
