摘要
为有效缓解酸洗废液排放造成的土壤与地下水二次污染,以及生态环境危害,遵循固体废弃物回收利用理念,以经过氧化、水解、陈化处理的钢铁酸洗废液为原料制备了Fe改性聚合氯化铝,并对其在制浆造纸废水处理中的应用效果进行了测试分析。结果表明,钢铁酸洗废液制Fe改性聚合氯化铝最佳工艺条件为:铝离子与铁离子比例9∶1,碱化度2.0,pH值7,无机絮凝剂聚合氯化铝用量1.0mmol/L;相较于未改性聚合氯化铝,钢铁酸洗废液制Fe改性聚合氯化铝的制浆造纸废水浊度、化学需氧量、色度、悬浮物去除率更高,处理效果更优,当Fe改性聚合氯化铝用量为4.0mmol/L时去除率达到最高,处理效果最佳。
In order to effectively alleviate the secondary pollution of soil and groundwater caused by the discharge of acid pickling waste liquid,as well as the harm to the ecological environment,this article follows the concept of solid waste recycling and uses oxidized,hydrolyzed,and aged steel acid pickling waste liquid as raw material to prepare Fe modified polyaluminum chloride,and tests its application effect in the treatment of pulp and paper wastewater.The results showe that the optimal process conditions for producing Fe modified polyaluminum chloride from steel pickling waste liquid are:aluminum ion to iron ion ratio of 9∶1,alkalinity degree of 2.0,pH value of 7,and inorganic flocculant polyaluminum chloride dosage of 1.0mol/L;compared with unmodified polyaluminum chloride,Fe modified polyaluminum chloride produced from steel pickling wastewater has higher turbidity,chemical oxygen demand,chromaticity,and suspended solids removal rate in pulp and paper wastewater,and better treatment effect,when the dosage of Fe modified polyaluminum chloride is 4.0 mmol/L,the removal rate reaches the highest and the treatment effect is the best.
