摘要
当前我国正逐步进入中国特色社会主义新时期,在这一重要阶段,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视大学生思想政治教育,并多次在重大场合谈及高校思想政治工作,也对高校教师的思想政治工作和师德师风建设提出了更高的要求。尤其在当前网络技术日益发达的大背景下,互联网上意识形态领域的斗争更是极为激烈。高校教师作为学生成长路上的引路人,肩负着重要的时代任务和育人使命。基于此,文章具体论述和分析新时代高校教师思想政治工作与师德师风建设的重要价值,指出当前高校教师在新时代背景下在思想政治工作和师德师风建设中取得的成绩、存在的不足,以及面临的挑战。结合新时代高校教师思想政治工作和师德师风建设的总体部署展开,分析行之有效的建设路径,从组织机制、培训教育,奖惩考评,环境氛围等几大方面具体展开,希望为相关人员提供一定的参考与借鉴。
Especially in the context of the increasingly developed network technology,the struggle in the field of ideology on the Internet is extremely fierce.As the guide of students'growth,college teachers shoulder the important tasks of The Times and the mission of educating people.Based on this,the article specifically discusses and analyzes the important value of the ideological and political work and the construction of teachers'ethics in the new era,and points out the achievements,shortcomings and challenges faced by the current college teachers in the background of the new era.Combined with the overall deployment of the ideological and political work of college teachers and the construction of teacher ethics in the new era,the effective construction path is analyzed,and the organizational mechanism,training and education,reward and punishment evaluation,environmental atmosphere and other aspects are carried out in detail,hoping to provide certain reference and reference for relevant personnel.
