基于肠道菌群机制探讨益生菌联合比沙可啶治疗老年慢性便秘的疗效

Efficacy of probiotics combined with bisacodyl in the treatment of elderly chronic constipation based on the mechanism of intestinal flora

摘要 目的:基于肠道菌群机制探讨益生菌联合比沙可啶治疗老年慢性便秘的疗效。方法:选择2022年5月至2024年2月在郑州市第三人民医院治疗的96例老年慢性便秘患者,按治疗方式不同分成两组,对照组采用比沙可啶治疗,观察组在此基础上联合益生菌治疗。对比两组临床疗效、便秘症状、肠道菌群、肠道动力功能。结果:观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);Bristol粪便性状评分,力排肛管松弛率,变形菌门、拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门、螺旋菌门、其他菌门的菌群丰度均高于对照组(P<0.05);CCS评分、最大容量感觉阈值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年慢性便秘患者采用益生菌联合比沙可啶治疗能够明显提高疗效,缓解便秘症状,提高菌群丰度,促进肠道蠕动,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To explore the efficacy of probiotics combined with bisacodyl in the treatment of elderly chronic constipation based on the mechanism of intestinal flora.Methods:Ninety-six elderly patients with chronic constipation treated in Zhengzhou Third People's Hospital from May 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with bisacodyl,and the observation group was treated with the combination of probiotics on this basis.The clinical efficacy,constipation symptoms,intestinal flora and intestinal motility function were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Bristol stool form score,the anal relaxation rate during defecation,and the abundances of Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes,Spirochaetes and other phyla were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The CCS score and the maximum volume perception threshold were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of elderly patients with chronic constipation with the combination of probiotics and bisacodyl can significantly improve the efficacy,relieve constipation symptoms,increase the abundance of flora and promote intestinal peristalsis,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
