摘要
利用无人机俯视拍摄交叉口交通流数据,并通过Tracker软件从视频中提取多个时段的交通冲突数据;将交叉口划分成若干个相同尺寸的空间网格,并综合考虑冲突频率和冲突严重程度,提出空间网格冲突率、空间网格冲突速度和空间网格潜在危险度3个指标量化空间网格的风险.利用基于模糊K均值聚类(K-means)算法和CRITIC赋权法的加权模糊C均值聚类(FCM)算法得到空间网格风险等级的划分标准,计算各时段交叉口内空间网格的风险等级,确定不同时段交叉口内不同位置的风险.分别选取无信号交叉口和信号交叉口进行实例分析,结果表明:该评价方法能够全面反映交叉口空间内的风险分布,并能评价不同时段交叉口的安全水平,为精细化治理交叉口提供方向和依据.
Traffic flow data of intersections were photographed from the perspective of unmanned aerial vehicles,and traffic conflict data of multiple periods were extracted from the video by Tracker software.The intersection was divided into several spatial grids with the same size,and considering the conflict frequency and severity comprehensively,three indicators of spatial grid conflict rate,spatial grid conflict speed and spatial grid potential danger degree were proposed to quantify the risk of spatial grid.Based on the fuzzy K-means clustering algorithm and the weighted fuzzy C-means clustering(FCM)algorithm of CRITIC weighting method,the classification standard of spatial grid risk grade was obtained,and the risk grade of spatial grid in intersections in different periods was calculated.The risks in different positions in intersections in different periods were further determined.The examples of unsignalized intersections and signalized intersections were analyzed respectively.The results show that the evaluation method can fully reflect the risk distribution in the intersection space,and can evaluate the safety level of intersections in different periods,providing direction and basis for fine management of intersections.
