摘要
本文对不同厚度编织结构预制体在不同压实状态下,RTM成型工艺参数以及成型后复合材料断面纤维形态、纤维体积分数、力学性能进行研究,结果表明:当压实量在虚压10%到正常压实再到过压10%状态变化时,8.5mm厚预制体RTM成型注胶压力和出胶时间明显增加,而20mm厚预制体RTM成型参数无明显变化;8.5mm厚预制体纤维束截面由椭圆趋于矩形,纬向断面纤维在厚度方向上由弧形变为竖直状态再变为斜线装,20mm厚预制体纤维束截面均呈椭圆形,纬向断面纤维在厚度方向上由斜线状变化为弧形再到接近竖直状态;两种厚度预制体的纤维体积分数均较设计低,20mm厚预制体表现的更明显;三种压实状态下成型得到的复合材料经向拉伸强度呈先上升后下降趋势,经向压缩强度和经向面外剪切强度呈现下降趋势,而纬向面外剪切强度变化不大。
In this paper,the RTM molding process parameters of woven structures with different thicknesses under different compaction conditions,and the morphology of the fiber fracture surface,the fiber volume content,the mechanical properties of the composite after molding were studied,the results showed that:when the compaction quantity changes from 10% to normal compaction and then to 10% overpressure,the injection pressure and glue time of RTM molding of 8.5mm preform increase significantly,while the RTM molding parameters of 20mm preform have no obvious change.The fiber bundle section of 8.5mm preform tends to rectangular from ellipse,the weft section fiber changes from arc to vertical state and then oblique in the thickness direction,the fiber bundle section of 20mm preform is oval,and the weft section fiber changes from oblique to arc to close vertical state in the thickness direction.The fiber volume content of the two kinds of thickness preforms was lower than that of the design body,and the 20mm thickness preform showed more obviously.The warp tensile strength of the composites formed under the three compaction states showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while the warp compressive strength and warp out-ofplane shear strength showed a downward trend,while the weft out-of-plane shear strength did not change much.
