Monotropein Alleviates Sepsis-induced Spleen Injury by Inhibiting the NF-κB/NLRP3 Axis and Activating the Nrf2 Pathway

摘要 Sepsis is an inflammatory disease resulting from a dysregulated host response to infection that may lead to multiple organ failure and is commonly observed in patients with severe trauma or infectious diseases.Sepsis has become a major global public health issue due to its high incidence and fatality.It not only causes an excessive inflammatory response,but also leads to immune system dysfunction[1].
