摘要
以某重力式沉箱码头遭受失控船舶撞击为工程背景,对船舶撞击过程采用数值仿真反演,利用动力分析法与逐步逼近法推算撞击时间与撞击力峰值,仿真计算得到的沉箱损伤云图和位移云图与沉箱现场损坏情况较为一致;选用规范公式计算撞击力峰值,并与数值仿真结果进行比较分析,二者结果相近,取较大值,撞击力峰值为1581 kN。综合利用码头现场检测、数值仿真反演与规范公式对比计算三种方法,能够最大精度地确定船舶撞击力峰值,从而可为事故精准鉴定与受损部位修复加固提供强有力的支撑。
A gravity caisson terminal suffered from uncontrolled ship impact as the engineering background,the ship impact process using numerical simulation inversion,the use of dynamic analysis and step-by-step approximation method to project the impact time and impact force peak,simulation calculation of the caisson damage and displacement cloud map and caisson damage on-site damage is more consistent;and then screened out the appropriate China Railway specification formula for calculating the impact force peak,and with the numerical simulation results,the two results are similar,take the larger value,the impact force peak value is 1581 kN.Then we screened out the appropriate Chinese railway specification formula to calculate the peak impact force and compared it with the numerical simulation results,the two results are similar,take the larger value,and the peak impact force is 1581 kN.Comprehensively utilizing the three methods of terminal site fine detection,numerical simulation inversion and specification formula comparison calculation,determine the peak impact force of the ship with the maximum precision,which can provide strong support for the accurate identification of the accident and repair and reinforcement of the damaged parts.
