摘要
目的:探讨叙事护理结合链式亲情护理对宫颈癌患者心理状态、癌因性疲乏的影响。方法:将2022年2月1日~2023年2月1日收治的108例宫颈癌患者依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上予以叙事护理结合链式亲情护理;比较两组干预前后心理状态[采用贝克焦虑量表(BAI)、贝克抑郁自评量表(BDI)]、癌因性疲乏[采用癌症疲乏量表(CFS)]及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组BAI、BDI评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,观察组CFS评分低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理辅助链式亲情护理能够调节宫颈癌患者心理状态,减轻癌因性疲乏,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing care combined with chain kindred-like nursing care on psychological state and cancer-related fatigue of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 108 patients with cervical cancer admitted from February 1,2022 to February 1,2023 were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was additionally given narrative nursing care combined with chain kindred-like nursing care.The psychological status(BAI and BDI),cancer-related fatigue(CFS)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the BAI and BDI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the CFS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing care combined with chain kindred-like nursing care can regulate the psychological state of patients with cervical cancer,relieve cancer-related fatigue and improve nursing satisfaction.
