小学生网络安全教育实证调研——以陕西省西安市小学为例

Empirical Research on Primary School Students’Internet Security Education--Through Taking the Primary School of Xi’an City,Shaanxi Province as an Example

摘要 在相关研究的基础上运用文献分析法、调查研究法和实证分析法对陕西省西安市3所样本小学的网络安全教育现状进行调研。结果表明,从家长方面来看,多数家长认为当前小学生网络安全教育问题迫切需要解决,网络安全教育对学生的成长至关重要。家长对小学生网络安全教育的重视程度会因家长角色的不同而存在差异,父亲关注的程度与母亲相比会有所减少,(外)祖父母关注的程度与母亲、父亲相比会更少。从学生方面来看,小学生对上网的认知较为规范,对网络权益的认知较高,但也存在较多问题。应制定相关法律法规约束小学生上网行为和时间,为小学生营造纯洁的网络环境。 On the basis of relevant research,the study investigates the current situation of internet security education in 3 sample primary schools in Xi’an City,Shaanxi Province with literature analysis,investigation and empirical analysis.The results show that most parents believe that the current problem of network security education for primary school students urgently needs to be solved,and internet security education is crucial to the growth of students.Parents’emphasis on the internet security education of primary school students varies according to the role of parents.The degree of concern of fathers decreases compared with that of mothers.And the degree of concern of grandparents is less compared with that of mothers and fathers.The cognition of primary school students on the internet is relatively standardized,and the cognition of network rights and interests is higher.But there are also many problems.Relevant laws and regulations should be formulated to restrict primary school students’online behavior and time,and create pure internet environment for primary school students.
