摘要
以江西省鹰瑞南高速公路路面为研究对象,通过检测现状路面PCI、RQI、RDI、SRI等技术指标,评价当前路面技术状况水平。采用病害面积比、平整度集度、车辙集度对路面破损分布、平整度状况、车辙深度分布进行补充评价,强化了各指标的分布特征,分析了路面当前存在的主要问题。研究结果表明,该高速公路路面PCI评定值为96.19,路面主要病害是横、纵缝和条状修补,占总破损面积的81.96%;其次是龟裂、块裂类病害,占破损面积的8.3%;少量坑槽、松散等病害在沿线呈零散分布。路面RQI、RDI评定值分别为94.05、96.29,沿线整体车辙、平整度技术状况良好,须局部处治上行K1400+000~K1404+000、K1407+000~K1409+000、下行K1412+000~K1414+000等性能不良路段。路面SRI为85.29,局部路段抗滑性能不良,主要分布在上行K1371+000~K1376+000、K1384+000~K1394+000,为保证雨天行车安全,建议通过实施预防养护措施改善路面抗滑性能。
Taking the pavement of Yingruinan Expressway in Jiangxi Province as the research object,the current technical condition of the pavement was evaluated by detecting the technical indicators of the current pavement PCI,RQI,RDI,SRI and other technical indicators.The disease area ratio,flatness concentration and rut concentration were used to supplement the evaluation of the pavement damage distribution,flatness condition and rut depth distribution,which strengthened the distribution characteristics of each index and analyzed the main problems existing in the pavement.The results show that the PCI assessment value of the pavement is 96.19,and the main pavement diseases are transverse,longitudinal joints and strip repair,accounting for 81.96%of the total damage area,followed by cracks and cracks,accounting for 8.3%of the damaged area;A small number of potholes,loose and other diseases are scattered along the line.The RQI and RDI evaluation values of the pavement are 94.05 and 96.29 respectively,and the overall rutting and flatness along the line are in good technical condition,and it is necessary to deal with the poor performance sections such as K1400+000~K1404+000,K1407+000~K1409+000 and K1412+000~K1414+000 on the down.The SRI of the pavement is 85.29,and the anti-skid performance of the local road section is poor,mainly distributed in the upward K1371+000~K1376+000,K1384+000~K1394+000.To ensure safety in rainy days,it is suggested to implement preventive maintenance measures.
