摘要
目的分析山莨菪碱注射液治疗输尿管结石绞痛发作的效果。方法随机选取2021年10月—2023年10月扬州大学附属泰州第二人民医院收治的150例输尿管结石绞痛发作患者为研究对象,依据治疗药物差异分为对照组(75例,地佐辛注射液治疗)与观察组(75例,地佐辛注射液联合山莨菪碱注射液治疗)。比较两组的临床疗效、尿生化指标、生活质量情况、不良反应发生率。结果治疗总有效率比较,对照组低于观察组[88.00%(66/75)vs 97.33%(73/75)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.807,P=0.028)。治疗后,对照组生活质量评分低于观察组,尿生化指标高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于输尿管结石绞痛发作患者采用山莨菪碱注射液联合地佐辛注射液治疗具有良好的效果,可改善尿生化指标,提高生活质量,不会增加不良反应。
Objective To analyze the effect of anisodamine injection in the treatment of ureteral calculi colic attack.Methods From October 2021 to October 2023,150 patients with ureteral calculi colic attack admitted to Taizhou Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different in therapeutic drugs,they were divided into the control group(75 cases,treated with dezocine injection)and the observation group(75 cases,treated with a combination of dezocine injection and anisodamine injection).Compare the clinical efficacy,urinary biochemical indices,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was lower than that in the observation group[88.00%(66/75)vs 97.33%(73/75)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.807,P=0.028).After treatment,the quality of life score in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,and the urinary biochemical indexes were higher than those in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Anisodamine injection combined with dezocine injection has a good effect on patients with ureteral calculi colic attack,which can improve urinary biochemical indicators,improve quality of life,and will not increase adverse reactions.
