摘要
通过测试混合料的抗压强度,确定再生骨料替代天然骨料的粒径范围与合成级配,然后在不同掺量再生骨料条件下,以水泥稳定混合料为参照组,研究不同组分地聚物胶凝材料稳定再生骨料混合料的力学性能及耐久性能。结果表明:采用较小粒径范围的再生骨料替代天然骨料,可减弱再生骨料对混合料力学强度发展的不利影响。与水泥相比,掺入适量粉煤灰的地聚物胶凝材料更有利于提高大掺量(≥30%)再生骨料混合料的力学强度,且能有效改善再生混合料的干缩性能;地聚物胶凝材料稳定天然骨料混合料的抗冻性能较差,但有利于大掺量再生骨料混合料抗冻性的提升。
The particle size range and synthetic gradation of recycled aggregates replacing natural aggregates are determined,through measuring the compressive strength of the mixture.Moreover,under different dosage of recycled aggregates,the mechanical and durability properties of stabilized recycled aggregates with different components of geopolymer cementitious materials are studied using cement stabilized mixtures as a reference group.The results indicate that using recycled aggregates with a smaller particle size range instead of natural aggregates can weaken the adverse effects of recycled aggregates on the mechanical strength of mixtures.Compared with cement,geopolymer cementitious materials with suitable fly ash content are more conducive to improving the mechanical strength of high content(≥30%)recycled aggregate mixtures,and can effectively improve the drying shrinkage performance of recycled mixtures.The stabilized natural aggregate mixtures using geopolymer cementitious materials has poor frost resistance,but it is beneficial for improving the freeze-thaw cycle resistance of high content recycled aggregate mixtures.
