Ti改性酚醛树脂的合成及性能

摘要 以亚氨基二乙酸为螯合剂,在加入偶联剂的基础上,通过配位反应在酚醛树脂中引入金属Ti离子。利用红外光谱分析发现成功合成了改性酚醛树脂,扫描电镜发现经过Ti改性后,树脂结构更加紧密,热重分析发现Co-Ti改性较Zn-Ti改性后树脂的热稳定性更好。在n_(偶联剂)∶n_(苯酚)=1:73,Ti改性剂的加入量为n _(Ti)∶n_(螯合剂)=0.008:1时,Co-Ti双金属改性的树脂残炭率效果最佳为50.74%,压缩强度和拉伸强度分别达到7.42 MPa和3.25 MPa。 With iminodiacetic acid as condensing agent,titanium ions were introduced into phenolic resin by coordination reaction on the basis of adding coupling agent.It was found that titanium modified phenolic resin was successfully synthesized by infrared spectrum analysis.Scanning electron microscopy found that the structure of resin was more close after the titanium ion modification.The thermogracimetric analysis found that the thermal stability of the cobalt-titanium modified resin had better thermal stability than the zinc-titanium modified resin.When the molar ratio of coupling agent dosage to phenol was 1:73,the molar ratio of titanium to chelating agent was 0.008:1,the residual carbon ratio of cobalt-titanium modified phenolic resin reaching 50.74%,the mechanical properties such as compress and tensile of the resin reaching 7.42 MPa and 3.25 MPa,respectively.
