Mo-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的制备工艺及其研究现状和发展趋势及应用

摘要 Mo-Al金属间化合物具有较高的力学性能、优良的耐磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能。陶瓷具有较高的力学性能、优良的耐磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能。可以将Mo-Al金属间化合物与陶瓷相复合制备Mo-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料。Mo-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料具有较高的力学性能、优良的耐磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能。笔者叙述Mo-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的制备工艺、物相组成、显微结构、力学性能、耐磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能等,并叙述了Mo-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的研究发展现状和发展趋势。最后对Mo-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的未来研究发展趋势和发展方向进行了分析和展望。 Mo-Al intermetallics compounds have high mechanical properties,excellent wear resistances and high temperature oxidation resistances.Ceramics materials have high mechanical properties,excellent wear resistances and high temperature oxidation resistances.Therefore,Mo-Al intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites can be prepared by combining Mo-Al intermetallics compounds with ceramics.Mo-Al intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites have high mechanical properties,excellent wear resistances and high temperature oxidation resistances.This paper describes the preparation process,phase composition,microstructure,mechanical properties,wear resistances and high tem perature oxidation resistances of Mo-Al intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites.This paper describes the research and development status and development trend of Mo-Al intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites.Finally,the future research and development trend and development direction of Mo-Al intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites are analyzed and predicted.
