摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜腹膜前疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的效果。方法:选择2022年1—12月在滕州市西岗中心卫生院接受手术治疗的80例老年腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(实施无张力疝修补术)和研究组(实施腹腔镜腹膜前疝修补术),各40例。比较两组围术期指标、术后疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率及复发率。结果:研究组术中出血量低于对照组,术后恢复正常活动时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后12、24、48 h,研究组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.041)。两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜腹膜前疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的效果确切,手术创伤性小,患者术后恢复快,疼痛程度轻,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic preperitoneal hernioplasty for elderly inguinal hernia.Methods:Eighty elderly patients with inguinal hernia who underwent surgical treatment at Tengzhou Xigang Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(undergoing tension-free hernioplasty)and a study group(undergoing laparoscopic preperitoneal hernioplasty),with 40 cases in each group.The perioperative indicators,postoperative pain scores,incidence of postoperative complications,and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the time to resume normal activities and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 12,24,and 48 hours postoperatively,the pain scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.041).There was no significant difference in recurrence rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic preperitoneal hernioplasty is effective for treating elderly inguinal hernia,with minimal surgical trauma,rapid postoperative recovery,less pain,and high safety.
