摘要
针对IF钢大包长水口堵塞问题,通过对长水口堵塞物、中间包、长水口耐材、钢包耐材和钢渣进行取样分析,得出长水口堵塞物为高熔点的钙铝酸盐CA2和CA6,其主要来源于钢渣。通过缩短连铸倒浇余时间、规范钢包上线前检查和精准控制连铸大包剩余钢量,有效地解决了大包长水口堵塞问题。
In response to the problem of clogging in the long nozzle,samples were taken and analyzed from the long nozzle clogging,tundish,refractory material of the long nozzle,refractory material of the ladle and steel slag.It is found that the clogging of the long nozzle is high melting point calcium aluminate CA2 and CA6,which mainly comes from steel slag.By shortening the pouring time of continuous casting,standardizing the ladle inspection before production and accurately con-trolling the remaining steel amount of the continuous casting ladle,the problem of clogging of the ladle long nozzle has been effectively solved.
