摘要
科里奥利质量流量计基于科氏力原理设计产生,由于其可以直接测量气体与液体流过管道的质量流量,同时具有高精度、高量程比、高可靠性等优点,从而在石油、化工、电力、医药和食品等行业中得到广泛应用。该文以科里奥利质量流量计的专利文献作为研究对象,分析主要的技术分支,介绍主要技术方案,梳理高频被引文献,并列举主要申请人,为以后的研发工作提供参考。
Coriolis mass flow meters are designed based on the Coriolis force principle.Because they can directly measure the mass flow of gases and liquids flowing through pipes,and have the advantages of high accuracy,high range ratio,and high reliability,they are used in petroleum,chemical industry,electric power,medicine,food and other industries.It is widely used.This paper takes the patent literature of Coriolis mass flowmeter as the research object,analyzes the main technical branches,introduces the main technical solutions,analyzes the high-frequency cited literature,and lists the main applicants to provide reference for future research and development work.
