主动出击:体育生的自我评价如何在支持与心理资本的助力下提升?

摘要 目的:随着体育教育的发展,体育专业学生不仅需要关注运动表现,还需注重心理健康。作为一种稳定的人格特质,主动性人格对个体自我认知和心理健康具有重要影响,但其内在机制尚缺乏深入研究。动机:虽然已有文献强调了主动性人格在提升心理结果中的作用,但关于其如何通过领悟社会支持和心理资本影响体育专业学生核心自我评价的研究较少,尤其是对两者链式中介效应的探讨更为缺乏。假设:为弥补这一研究空白,本研究基于主动性人格理论和社会认知理论,探讨领悟社会支持和心理资本在主动性人格与核心自我评价关系中的中介作用,并检验两者在其中的链式中介效应。方法:对来自中国天津市三所高校的524名体育专业学生进行问卷调查,使用结构方程模型(SEM)对数据进行分析。结果:正如假设所预期,主动性人格显著正向预测核心自我评价(β=0.46,p<0.001)。领悟社会支持(β=0.09,p<0.01)和心理资本(β=0.24,p<0.01)在主动性人格与核心自我评价之间发挥了显著的中介作用。此外,领悟社会支持和心理资本的链式中介效应也显著(效应值=0.071,p<0.001)。结论:研究结果表明,主动性人格是提升核心自我评价的重要因素,其影响过程受到领悟社会支持和心理资本的中介作用调节。实践启示包括通过培养学生的主动性人格特质,同时提供社会支持和心理资本资源,来促进体育专业学生的积极自我认知和心理健康。 Objective:The development of sports education emphasizes not only athletic performance but also the psychological well-being of physical education majors.Proactive personality,as a stable trait,significantly impacts self-perception and mental health,yet the underlying mechanisms remain underexplored.Motivation:While existing literature highlights the role of proactive personality in enhancing psychological outcomes,few studies investigate its influence on core self-evaluation among physical education students,particularly through the mediating effects of perceived social support and psychological capital.Hypothesis:To address this gap,this study draws on proactive personality theory and social cognitive theory to explore the mediating roles of perceived social support and psychological capital in the relationship between proactive personality and core self-evaluation.Furthermore,it examines how these mediators form a chain effect in this process.Methods:A survey of 524 physical education majors from three universities in Tianjin,China,was conducted,and structural equation modeling(SEM)was used to analyze the data.Results:As hypothesized,proactive personality positively predicted core self-evaluation(β=0.46,p<0.001).Perceived social support(β=0.09,p<0.01)and psychological capital(β=0.24,p<0.01)played significant mediating roles.The chain mediation effect of perceived social support and psychological capital was also significant(effect=0.071,p<0.001).Conclusion:The findings highlight proactive personality as a crucial factor in enhancing core self-evaluation,mediated by perceived social support and psychological capital.Practical implications include promoting proactive traits and providing resources to improve perceived social support and psychological capital,thereby fostering positive self-perception and mental health among physical education students.
