摘要
目的探讨案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合基于团队的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)在创伤骨科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用。方法选取2022年7月—2023年6月在苏州大学附属第三医院创伤骨科轮转的56名住培学员作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各28名。试验组采用CBL联合TBL教学法,对照组采用CBL教学法。培训结束后,2组住培学员均进行创伤骨科住培理论成绩及技能测试,并填写教学质量评分表,比较2组学员的理论测试成绩、技能测试成绩和教学质量评分。结果试验组学员的理论测试成绩和技能测试成绩分别为(90.21±2.69)分和(86.36±3.05)分,均高于对照组成绩[(86.54±3.47)分和(82.64±3.98)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。培训结束后,试验组学员的教学质量总评分高于对照组学员[(87.61±2.66)分vs.(83.93±3.04)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在创伤骨科住教学中应用CBL联合TBL教学法,可以提高住培学员的理论知识和临床技能水平,并且受到更多住培学员的认可。
Objective To explore the application of case-based learning(CBL)combined with team-based learning(TBL)in the standardized residential training of orthopaedic trauma.Methods From July 2022 to June 2023,a total of 56 residents who rotated in the Department of Traumatic Orthopedics of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were selected as the research objects and were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 28 residents in each groups.The experimental group used CBL combined with TBL teaching method,and the control group used CBL teaching method.After the training,the two groups of residents were tested for their theoretical scores and clinical skills,and completed the teaching quality evaluation scales.The theoretical test scores,skill test scores and teaching quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical test and clinical skill test of the experimental group were(90.21±2.69)points and(86.36±3.05)points,which were higher than the those of the control group[(86.54±3.47)points and(82.64±3.98)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After the training,the total score of teaching quality of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group[(87.61±2.66)points vs.(83.93±3.04)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of CBL combined with TBL teaching method in the residential teaching of traumatic orthopedics can improve the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of residents,and is recognized by more residents.
