视频+网络平台联合SP在肺康复教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨视频+网络平台联合标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)在肺康复教学中的应用价值。方法方法选取2019年9—12月及2021年10—12月解放军总医院第一医学中心康复医学科实习学生45名,按照实习年份分为观察组(n=24)和对照组(n=21)。观察组采用视频+网络平台联合标准化病人的教学方式,对照组采用传统教学方式。教学结束后进行理论考核、操作考核、学习积极性及沟通与实践操作信心评价。结果2组学生出科时笔试考试及技能考试成绩比较,观察组的理论考试成绩为(90.46±2.09)分、技能考试成绩为(86.13±2.82)分、学习积极性为(3.58±0.51)分,均高于对照组[(86.81±3.17)分、(80.71±4.10)分、(2.81±1.21)分];观察组在团队成员之间沟通信心、与患者沟通信心以及在操作中展现专业行为的信心分别为(3.29±0.55)分、(3.38±0.50)分(3.46±0.51)分,均高于对照组[(2.81±0.75)分、(2.95±0.74)分、(2.86±0.79)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频+网络平台联合标准化病人可提高学生的学习积极性,有助于其对知识点的掌握,增强了沟通与实践操作的信心。 Objective To explore the application value of combining video+online platform with standardized patients(SP)in pulmonary rehabilitation teaching.Methods From September to December 2019 and October to December 2021,45 students in the department of rehabilitation medicine of the First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital were selected and divided into observation group(n=24)and control group(n=21)according to the internship year.The observation group adopted the teaching method of video+network platform combined with standardized patients,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.After the end of the teaching,the theoretical assessment,operation assessment,learning enthusiasm and communication and practical operation confidence evaluation were carried out.Results The scores of theoretical examination[(90.46±2.09)points],skill examination[(86.13±2.82)points]and learning enthusiasm[(3.58±0.51)points]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(86.81±3.17)points,(80.71±4.10)points,(2.81±1.21)points].The communication confidence between team members,communication confidence with patients and confidence to show professional behavior in operation in the observation group were(3.29±0.55)points,(3.38±0.50)points,(3.46±0.51)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group[(2.81±0.75)points,(2.95±0.74)points,(2.86±0.79)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of video+online platform combined with SP can enhance students’learning enthusiasm,improve their grasp of knowledge points,and boost their confidence in communication and practical operations.
