两步化学沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌

摘要 探究了两步化学沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌工艺,通过热力学计算及实验验证,明确了两步法中碱式碳酸锌前驱体组成形式为Zn_(5)(CO_(3))_(2)(OH)_(6),且在初始锌浓度0.1~0.3 mol/L,锌碳比1:1~1:3范围内,其不发生改变,但随锌碳比减小,前驱体形貌先由无规则向规则化再到无规则转变。所得氧化锌粒径及团聚行为受前驱体形貌影响显著。 This study explores the preparation process of nano zinc oxide using a two-step chemical precipitation method.Through thermodynamic calculations and experimental verification,it has been clarified that the precursor form of basic zinc carbonate in the two-step method is Zn_(5)(CO_(3))_(2)(OH)_(6),and within the initial zinc concentration range of 0.1 mol/L to 0.3 mol/L and the zinc to carbon ratio of 1:1 to 1:3,this form remains unchanged.However,as the zinc to carbon ratio decreases,the morphology of the precursor undergoes a transformation from irregular to regular and then back to irregular.The particle size and aggregation behavior of zinc oxide are significantly influenced by the morphology of the precursor.
