学科英语教师数字化能力的提升路径研究

Research on the Path of Improving the Digital Competence of Middle School English Teachers

摘要 本研究聚焦学科英语教师数字化能力提升的必要性和实践路径。在教育数字化转型背景下,传统英语教学模式已难以满足新时代需求。研究提出提升教师数字化能力的路径,包括教育部门与学校的支持、构建融洽的教师共同体、提供技术支持及强化教师的数字化信念。进一步探讨了如何充分利用数字资源来丰富英语教学内容,以及通过积极有效的教学自我反思,促进师生数字素养的相互提升,从而推动中学英语课堂的革新与发展。旨在构建高效、开放、灵活且个性化的教学新形态,为中学英语教育可持续发展提供支撑。 This study focuses on the necessity and practical paths for enhancing the digital competencies of middle school English teachers.Against the backdrop of educational digital transformation,traditional English teaching modes are no longer sufficient to meet the demands of the new era.The study proposes pathways to elevate teachers'digital capabilities,including support from educational departments and schools,the establishment of a harmonious teacher community,the provision of technical support,and the reinforcement of teachers'digital beliefs.It also explores how to fully leverage digital resources to enrich English teaching content and promote mutual enhancement of digital literacy among teachers and students through active and effective teaching selfreflection,thereby driving the innovation and development of English classrooms.This paper aims to construct an efficient,open,flexible,and personalized new teaching paradigm,providing support for the sustainable development of middle school English education.
