氧化铜矿硫化浮选技术与机理及强化措施研究进展

摘要 为了解氧化铜矿硫化浮选的技术应用与硫化机理研究现状,针对如何强化氧化铜矿硫化浮选回收效果,从氧化铜矿的硫化方式、硫化作用机理、硫化影响因素等方面展开了综述,总结分析了氧化铜矿浮选药剂强化硫化浮选的措施与机制。针对如何精准调控氧化铜矿分段硫化浮选生产过程中存在的问题,提出应对分段硫化过程中矿物表面硫化相的微观与定量生长机制进行深入研究,并结合矿石分选实践,建立氧化铜矿分段硫化浮选的大数据库,为基因矿物加工工程在氧化铜矿硫化浮选方面研究提供数据参考。 In order to understand the technical application and research status of sulfidation flotation of oxidized copper ore,aiming at how to strengthen the recovery effect of sulfidation flotation of oxidized cop-per ore,the sulfidation method,sulfidation mechanism and sulfidation influencing factors of oxidized cop-per ore are reviewed,and the measures and mechanisms of sulfidation flotation of oxidized copper ore are summarized and analyzed.In view of how to accurately control the problems existing in the production pro-cess of segmented sulfide flotation of copper oxide ore,it is proposed to conduct in-depth research on the micro and quantitative growth mechanism of sulfide phase on the surface of minerals in the process of seg-mented sulfide flotation.Combined with the ore separation practice,a large database of segmented sulfide flotation of copper oxide ore is established,which provides data reference for the research of gene mineral processing engineering in sulfide flotation of copper oxide ore.
