摘要
随着经济社会快速发展,都市化、老龄化、家庭结构变化和生活方式的改变,公众的精神健康问题日益凸显,精神卫生问题已成为突出的公共卫生问题和社会问题。上海市作为我国特大城市之一,公众对精神卫生服务的需求更多。基于PEST-SWOT模型,结合上海市政治、经济、社会和技术4个方面因素对上海市精神卫生体系进行优势、劣势、机遇与威胁(SWOT)分析,全面评价上海市精神卫生体系运行现状,为进一步完善上海市精神卫生体系提供理论依据。
With the rapid development of the economy and society,urbanization,aging,changes in family structure and lifestyle,the mental health issues of the public are becoming increasingly prominent,and mental health issues have become prominent public health and social issues.As one of the mega cities in China,Shanghai has a relatively higher demand for mental health services.It will be based on the PEST-SWOT model,combined with the four macro levels of politics,economy,society,and technology in Shanghai,to conduct a SWOT analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the Shanghai mental health system,comprehensively evaluate the current operation status of the Shanghai mental health system,and provide theoretical basis for further improving the Shanghai mental health.system.
