摘要
以石油与天然气行业高层次人才培养目标为导向,分别从思政育人、研究生培养方向、理论教学体系、专业实践教学、导师人才队伍以及质量监控评价体系出发,探讨新时代地方高校研究生培养特区建设的路径,明确石油天然气产业全链条高层次人才培养方向,建立新时代石油与天然气行业研究生教育理论体系、实践体系与质控标准。建设经验和做法助力东北石油大学研究生培养水平的提升,同时具有在同类高校推广应用的前景。
In order to train the high-level talents in the petroleum and petrochemical industry,this paper optimizes and reconstructs the development path of the construction of special zones for postgraduate training in local colleges and universities in the new era from the aspects of ideological and political education,postgraduate training direction,theoretical teaching system,professional practice teaching,tutor talent team and quality monitoring and evaluation system,clarifies the direction of high-level talent training in the whole chain of petroleum and petrochemical industry,and establishes the theoretical system,practical system and quality control standards of postgraduate education in the petroleum and petrochemical industry in the new era.The effective experience and practice of the construction of the postgraduate training special zone can be extended and applied in the national petroleum universities and colleges,and can also be used for reference for the cultivation and education of other geological and mineral graduate students and energy graduate students,at the same time,it can improve the training level of graduate students in our university,and has great practical significance and application value,also has good application prospects.
