摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,基于社会技术系统理论视角对数字技术赋能竞技体育后备人才培养的价值意蕴、现实问题与优化路径进行探赜。价值意蕴:实现多元主体协同培养的智能化;推动后备人才培养环节的精准化;加快竞技体育科技创新的广泛化;促进竞技体育领域数字人才的规模化。现实问题:数字协同理念尚未形成,数据共享机制不完善;政策导向缺乏实施细则,数字化转型风险难以预测;数字基础设施建设薄弱,数字技术研发资金供需口压力较大;复合型数字人才匮乏,复合型数字人才流动不均衡。优化路径:树立人才培养数字协同理念,搭建竞技体育数据共享平台;制定数字嵌入实施细则,自上而下调动行为主体积极性;加快数字基建升级改造,拓展合作助力技术研发;建设复合型数字人才队伍,保障人力资源均衡流动。
Using literature,logical analysis,and other research methods,and based on the perspective of socio-technical system theory,this study explores the value implications,practical problems,and optimization paths of digital technology empowering the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports.Value implications:To realize the intelligence of collaborative cultivation of multiple subjects;to promote the precision of reserve talents cultivation;to accelerate the broadening of scientific and technological innovation in competitive sports;to promote the scaling up of digital talents in the field of competitive sports.Realistic problems:The concept of digital synergy has not yet been formed,and the data-sharing mechanism is imperfect;policy orientation lacks implementation rules,and the risk of digital transformation is difficult to predict;the construction of digital infrastructure is weak,and there is greater pressure on the supply-and-demand portion of funding for digital technology research and development;there is a lack of composite digital talents,and the flow of composite digital talents is not balanced.Optimization paths:Establish the concept of digital synergy in talent cultivation and build a data-sharing platform for competitive sports;formulate implementation rules for digital embedding and mobilize the enthusiasm of actors from top to bottom;accelerate the upgrading and transformation of digital infrastructure and expand cooperation to help technology research and development;build a team of composite digital talents and ensure a balanced flow of human resources.
