绿色建筑设计方案评价与比选研究——基于组合赋权-TOPSIS法

摘要 为了合理评价与选择绿色建筑设计方案,根据《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T 50378-2019以及绿色建筑领域的研究成果,首先建立绿色建筑设计方案的评价指标体系;根据具体工程案例运用顺序优先级方法确定主观权重、熵值法确定客观权重,基于此,运用博弈论组合赋权-TOPSIS法进行绿色建筑设计方案评价与比选;案例应用分析表明求得的最终评价结果合理可靠。最后,提炼出绿色建筑设计方案比选的关键点,并提出相应改进建议,旨在为绿色建筑设计方案的评价与比选提供有益的启示和参考。 In order to rationally evaluate and select the green building design scheme,this paper first establishes the evaluation index system of the green building design scheme according to the"Green Building Evaluation Standard"GB/T 50378-2019 and the research results in the field of green building.The subjective weight was determined by Ordinal Priority Approach and the objective weight was determined by entropy method according to specific engineering cases.Based on this,the green building design scheme was evaluated and selected by game theory combinatorial weighting-TOPSIS method.The case application analysis shows that the final evaluation results are reasonable and reliable.Finally,this paper extracts the key points of comparison and selection of green building design schemes,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions,aiming at providing useful inspiration and reference for the evaluation and comparison and selection of green building design schemes.
