聚脲材料的合成及应用研究进展

摘要 聚脲作为高固体分绿色树脂的代表之一,聚脲材料的耐热和耐腐蚀性能好。聚脲材料的用途极为广泛,普遍应用于建筑施工、航天航空、医疗等领域。聚脲及改性聚脲材料优势显著,具有广阔的应用前景。综述了传统聚脲的合成方法以及近年来一些新型结构聚脲的研发进展和应用情况,并提出了聚脲材料研发过程中面临的问题,最后展望了聚脲材料未来的发展方向。 Polyurea is one of the representatives of high solid green resin,polyurea material heat and corrosion resistance is good.Polyurea materials are extremely versatile,commonly used in building construction,aerospace,medical work and other fields.Polyurea and modified polyurea materials have significant advantages and broad application prospect.In this paper,the synthesis method of traditional polyurea was mainly reviewed as well as the research and development progress and application of some new structure polyurea in recent years,and the problems faced in the process of research and development of polyurea materials were put forward,at last time the future development direction of polyurea materials was prospected.
