摘要
目的:探究燕山产区北苍术中苍术素、苍术酮、白术内酯Ⅲ和β-桉叶醇4种有效成分含量与根际土壤酶活性的相关性,为北苍术的质量评价提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定12批药材的有效成分含量;测定根际土壤中纤维素酶(S-CL)、蔗糖酶(S-SC)及中性磷酸酶(S-NP)活性;通过SPSS对有效成分含量与土壤酶活性进行相关性及多元线性回归分析。结果:12批药材的4种有效成分含量差异较大,其中产自承德市隆化县蓝旗镇BCZ3号苍术素含量最高,滦平县大屯镇的BCZ7号有效成分总含量最高,承德丰宁满族自治县西官营乡的BCZ11号根际土壤的3种酶活相对于对照土壤呈现显著提高,根际土中S-CL、S-SC、S-NP分别有6、7、6个产区高于对照土;SCL与苍术酮、白术内酯Ⅲ之间存在显著正相关,S-SC与β-桉叶醇、白术内酯Ⅲ存在显著正相关,而与苍术素、苍术酮存在显著负相关;以苍术素含量为因变量建立多元线性回归模型发现苍术酮、β-桉叶醇、白术内酯Ⅲ、土壤酶活性这些变量可以共同解释48.4%的苍术素含量信息。结论:推测土壤纤维素酶对苍术酮、白术内酯Ⅲ的积累有促进作用;土壤蔗糖酶促进白术内酯Ⅲ、β-桉叶醇的积累,抑制苍术素和苍术酮的积累。苍术酮、β-桉叶醇可以显著预测北苍术中苍术素含量的变异信息。
Objective:Investigate the correlation between the contents of 4 active compounds,namely atractylodin,atractylone,atractylenolideⅢandβ-eudesmol in Atractylodes chinensis and the enzyme activities in the rhizosphere soil from the Yanshan production area,to provide a reference for the quality evaluation of A.chinensis.Methods:The contents of active compounds were determined using high-performance liquid chromatography in 12 batches of medicinal materials.The enzyme activities of cellulase,sucrase,and neutral phosphatase in the rhizosphere soil were measured.Correlation and multiple linear regression analysis between the content of active compounds and soil enzyme activities was conducted using SPSS.Results:The contents of the 4 active compounds in 12 batches of medicinal materials varied significantly.Among these,the sample BCZ3 from Lanqi Town Longhua County in Chengde had the highest content of atractylodin,while the sample BCZ7 from Datun Town in Luanping County had the highest total content of active compounds.The enzyme activities of the 3 enzymes in the rhizosphere soil of the BCZ11 sample from Xiguanying Town,Fengning County in Chengde were significantly higher than those in the control soil,with 6,7,and 6 regions exceeding the control in terms of S-CL,S-SC,and S-NP,respectively.A significant positive correlation was found between S-CL and atractyloketone as well as atractylenolideⅢ.S-SC showed a significant positive correlation withβ-eudesmol and atractylenolideⅢ,while showing a significant negative correlation with atractylodin and atractylone.A multiple linear regression model was established using the content of atractylodin as the dependent variable,revealing that the variables of atractylone,β-eudesmol,atractylenolideⅢ,and soil enzyme activity could jointly explain 48.4%of the variance in the content of atractylodin in A.chinensis.Conclusion:It is speculated that soil cellulase promotes the accumulation of atractylone and atractylenolideⅢ,while soil sucrase enhances the accumulation of atractylenolideⅢandβ-eudesmol,but inhibits the accumulation of atractylodin and atractylone.Atractylone andβ-eudesmol can significantly predict the variance in the content of atractylodin in A.chinensis.
