建筑深基坑施工安全分析

Analysis on the Construction Safety of Building Deep Foundation Pit

摘要 文章依托华庄医院深基坑工程,对周边地表沉降、桩水平位移、内支撑轴力及周边建筑物沉降进行了安全监测分析,以判断工程施工的安全性。结果发现,随着开挖时间的增加,周边地表的沉降量增加,距离基坑10 m处最大沉降量为7.38 mm;桩的水平位移不断增大,在开挖深度6 m左右,桩的水平位移最大;随着基坑的开挖,内支撑轴力逐渐增加;周边建筑物的沉降量也逐渐增加,建筑物最终沉降量为1.83 mm,从监测结果可见,数值均未超出预警值,工程项目安全可行。 Based on Huazhuang Hospital deep foundation pit engineering,the safety monitoring and analysis of surrounding surface settlement,pile horizontal displacement,internal support axial force and surrounding building settlement are carried out to judge the safety of engineering construction.The results show that with the increase of excavation time,the settlement of the surrounding surface increases,and the maximum settlement at 10 m from the foundation pit is 7.38 mm;the horizontal displacement of the pile is increasing,and the horizontal displacement of the pile is the largest at the excavation depth of about 6 m;with the excavation of the foundation pit,the axial force of the inner support gradually increases;the settlement of surrounding buildings also gradually increases,and the final settlement of the building is 1.83 mm.It can be seen from the monitoring results that the values do not exceed the warning value,and the engineering project is safe and feasible.
