摘要
文章对中国知网数据库中图书馆志愿服务研究相关文献进行可视化分析,从文献发表年份分布、期刊来源分布、核心作者及合作网络分布、文献研究内容等角度梳理我国图书馆志愿服务研究现状。该领域研究围绕志愿服务主体、志愿服务对象及内容、志愿服务长效机制展开,演化过程可分为早期探索、持续增长、稳定发展3个阶段,未来志愿服务队伍建设、提升精准化志愿服务质量、健全激励机制及评估体系等研究有望获得广泛关注。
This article conducts a visual analysis of the literature on library volunteer services available in the CNKI database.It reviews the current status of research on library volunteer services in China from the perspectives of the distribution of publication years,journal sources,core authors and collaboration networks,and research content.Research in this field revolves around the subjects of volunteer service,the targets and content of the volunteer service,and long-term mechanisms for volunteer service.The evolution of process can be divided into three stages:initial exploration,continuous growth,and stable development.Future research is expected to focus on the construction of volunteer service teams,enhancing the quality and precision of volunteer services,and improving incentive mechanisms and evaluation systems.
