摘要
党的二十届三中全会提出,要“健全社会治理体系”“健全社会心理服务体系和危机干预机制”。心理健康和精神卫生是一个复杂的社会问题,既需要精神医学的专业支持,又需要心理学的专业支持,更需要从社会治理层面统筹考量。社会治理首先是人心治理。本期以“筑牢社会治理的心理基础”为主题,从社会治理视角深度思考健全社会心理服务体系和危机干预机制、培育积极社会心态等相关问题,旨在筑牢社会治理的心理基础,助力社会治理现代化。
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee proposed to"enhance the social governance system"and"improve social psychological service systems and crisis intervention mechanisms."Mental health and hygiene represent complex social issues that require not only psychiatric care but also professional psychological support.Furthermore,these issues must be addressed from a social governance perspective.Social governance,above all,entails the governance of public sentiment and societal consensus.the theme"building the psychological foundation of social governance"aims to deeply examine and enhance the social psychological service systems,related crisis intervention mechanisms,and cultivate a positive social mindset.This initiative seeks to establish a robust psychological foundation for social governance and contribute to the modernization of social governance.
