摘要
为了解成都市禽流感病毒(AIV)感染情况,2023年分别采用两阶段抽样和简单随机抽样策略,以预估流行率和发现疫病公式计算抽样量,抽取规模禽场、活禽批发市场、农贸市场、野禽栖息地等45个场点的2020份样品,进行AIV检测及H5、H7、H9亚型AIV分型检测。结果显示:规模禽场、活禽批发市场、农贸市场环境均检出H9亚型AIV,但未检出H5和H7亚型AIV;规模禽场和活禽批发市场销售摊位的H9亚型AIV群体表观流行率分别为10.0%和35.0%,群体真实流行率分别为7.6%(95%CI:0~17.2%)和34.5%(95%CI:13.4%~55.6%),交易环节流行率高于养殖环节;阳性场点的空间分布具有一定聚集性,呈现出越靠近城区越集中的趋势;活禽批发市场中屠宰摊位环境样品的阳性检出率高于活禽销售摊位,笼具、运输工具、排污口及农贸市场的冰柜和砧板检出的H9亚型AIV阳性率较高。结果说明:成都市高致病性禽流感防控效果较好,但H9亚型AIV在交易环节和中心城区的检出率偏高。建议持续做好养殖环节禽流感强制免疫,加强禽类屠宰管理,对于交易场点尤其是中心城区,要加强清洗和消毒,确保洗消效果。
In order to investigate the infection status of avian influenza virus(AIV)in Chengdu City,prevalence was estimated and sampling amount was calculated by a formula of disease detection through the strategies of twostage sampling and simple random sampling in 2023,2020 samples were collected from 45 premises such as intensive poultry farms,live poultry wholesale markets,farmers'markets and wild bird habitats to detect AIV and its subtypes of H5,H7 and H9.The results showed that AIV subtype H9 other than subtypes H5 and H7 was detected from intensive poultry farms,live poultry wholesale markets and farmers'markets;the population apparent prevalence rates of subtype H9 were 10.0%and 35.0%respectively on intensive poultry farms and booths in wholesale markets,and the true prevalence rates were 7.6%(95%CI:0-17.2%)and 34.5%(95%CI:13.4%-55.6%),respectively,with a higher prevalence in trading as compared to farming;positive premises were spatially distributed with a certain aggregation,tending to be the more concentrated the closer to urban areas;positive rate of environmental samples from slaughtering slabs in live poultry wholesale markets was higher than that from live poultry booths,and that of H9 subtype virus was higher in cages,vehicles,sewage outlets and freezers and cutting boards in farmers'markets.In conclusion,highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)was better prevented and controlled in Chengdu,but the detection rate of subtype H9 AIV was relatively high in trading link and central urban areas.It was recommended to continue to implement compulsory vaccination of AI in farming,to improve management for poultry slaughtering,and to strengthen cleaning and disinfection in markets,especially in central urban areas,striving for a good effect of decontamination.
